So in the past couple moths, some pretty cool stuff has happened but I haven't really gotten much work done on the Villager.
Basically, I'm in an animation class in school now. That class has been keeping me really busy, which is why I haven't had time to work on my own animations. But if you've worked for cartoon network, or pixar, there's a pretty good chance that you've heard of "Shawn Sullivan" my animation teacher. You know Sully from Monsters Inc.? He's modeled and named after my teacher. How badass is that? Anyway, Sully likes me, and my work, so he's suggested that I join his advanced class. It's a year long class, and over the course of the year, you collaborate with a small group of students and a few professionals to make about a 10 minute short. So I'm pretty excited about that!
I also met the storyboard artist for Adventure Time. Got his e-mail, and we talked for a bit, he's a pretty cool guy, really funny!
Anywayyy, the final is coming up. We have to make a South Park-style music video. Its a group thing though, and everyone gets a minute of the song to animate, so that will be keeping me even more busy. But this summer I plan on getting the Villager 2 done and uploading to Newgrounds and YouTube!
